Stop off in Fenelon Falls
The trail will bring you right into town where you can stop to grab a coffee at Sip, fuel up on baked goods from the Little Pie Shack, or grab a bite to eat at the Cow & Sow, Murphy’s Lockside Pub, or Texas Burger, all of which are open seven days a week throughout the winter.
Pro tip: If you decide to skip Lindsay and want to start in Fenelon Falls, you can park at Garnet Graham Park and hop on the VRT from there, heading north to Kinmount.
Head to Kinmount
From Fenelon Falls, continue north to Kinmount, where you can stop for lunch at the Kinvale Restaurant, a popular stop and halfway point for snowmobilers using the Victoria Rail Trail. If travelling with kids, head over to the Austin Sawmill Park to run off some energy at the playground before heading back south.
Finish off the day with a pint
Head back down to Fenelon Falls or Lindsay and stop in one of our local craft breweries for a pint and dinner before turning in for the night.
